As an English coach at Fluencia, you will:
Conduct personalized coaching sessions for Arabic learners, focusing on practical language skills, business English, and psychological development.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly to Arabic learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working with Fluencia was not at all that hard. If anything, it was enjoyable and fun. Especially with the interactions from different people and although it was a Coaching experience, I also got to learn from co-coaches and sometimes the students themselves. The course load was not that heavy, and I had fun making course and lesson plans for the students while also tailoring it to their capabilities. If there was any challenge at all, it was how to get the students out of their shells to talk but that in itself wasn’t much of a challenge because of how eager they were to learn and improve in speaking fluently. Overall, it was a great time and experience I had with Fluencia.
